General

• The client is fully responsible for any damage to the limousine caused during the rental by themselves or their party.

• Absolutely no smoking or illegal drug use is permitted in any of JM Limo’s vehicles.

• Alcohol is permitted only in vehicles equipped with a divider.

• Requests for special beverages are subject to a $20 service fee, in addition to the cost of the beverages.

• Overloading beyond seating capacity is both illegal and unsafe.

• JM Limo is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

• We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen mechanical failures.

• Excessive cleaning will incur charges, evaluated case-by-case (maximum $150).

• All online bookings are made in Central Standard Time (CST).

Reservations

• All bookings require guaranteed payment.

• Your credit card may be charged at the time of booking.

• Rescheduling less than 2 hours before pick-up is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

• Requests for specific vehicles (e.g., Lincoln MKT) are accepted but not guaranteed.

• Bookings for events are billed as continuous hourly service or 2-way trips, depending on event logistics.

• Specific car models and colors are not guaranteed (except SUVs).

• Items like golf bags, skis, snowboards require booking an SUV.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made via phone.

Airport Transfers & Point-to-Point Trips

• Sedans & SUVs: 2 hours notice

• Stretch Limousines: 24 hours

• Stretch SUVs: 24 hours

• Vans: 24 hours

• Buses: 2 weeks

Hourly Services

• All vehicle types: 24 hours

• Buses: 2 weeks

Weddings & Proms

• Sedans & SUVs: 24 hours

• Stretch Limousines & SUVs: 1 week

• Vans: 1 week

• Buses: 1 month

Interstate & Long Distance (IL) Trips

• Sedans & SUVs: 8 hours

• Stretch Limousines & SUVs: 24 hours

• Vans: 24 hours

• Buses: 2 weeks

Late cancellations are subject to full charges.

Rates

• Gratuity is not included in quoted rates and may change without notice.

• A 5% fuel surcharge applies to all bookings.

• SUV required for large items like golf bags, skis, or snowboards.

• Late hour surcharge of $10 applies for rides between 11:00 PM – 4:29 AM.

• Airport greet & meet fees:

  • $30 for domestic flights

  • $40 for international flights

  • Includes signage, luggage help, and short-term parking escort

• Child seat or booster: $20/seat

• Holiday surcharge ($35) applies on: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

• On New Year's Eve after 6 PM, 1.5x rate applies (except airport trips)

• Failed credit card authorization must be resolved with payment to driver before trip begins

Charter (Hourly Service)

• 15 minutes into a new hour = half-hour charge

• Automatic 20% gratuity for hourly/charter services

• Prices vary by location

• Round-trips with <2-hour wait between drop and pickup = hourly rate

• All concerts and sports events = hourly service only

• No hourly service for out-of-state trips – request quote

• Hourly services not subject to wait time fees

• Prom overtime must be approved and pre-authorized

Wait Time Charges

Airports Only

• 60-minute grace period for commercial domestic/international flights

• Wait charges apply after grace time

• Option: schedule driver arrival 30 or 60 minutes post-flight gate (must be pre-notified)

Private flights: 10-minute grace period

All other trips (non-hourly): 10-minute grace period

Wait Time Fees:

• Sedan: $10 / 10 minutes

• Luxury SUV: $15 / 10 minutes

• Stretch Limo: $20 / 10 minutes

• Stretch SUV: $25 / 10 minutes

• Executive Van: $25 / 10 minutes

• Limo Bus: $30 / 10 minutes

Extra Stop Charges (on route)

• Sedan: $10/stop

• Luxury SUV: $15/stop

• Stretch Limo: $20/stop

• Stretch SUV: $25/stop

• Executive Van: $25/stop
